Milking Ability We pay particular attention to the bags and udders of our cows and calfs. The cows must be able to raise a good calf in harsh conditions. Cows that cannot provide a good supply of milk to their calf are eliminated from our herd. We are fortunate that the original cows we obtained from our herd have the genetics that give them good, uniform bags and lots of milk.
